By booking travel services through Robin’s Travel Nest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Your electronic signature, payment, or submission of a travel profile constitutes acceptance.

2. Role of Robin’s Travel Nest

Robin’s Travel Nest acts solely as an independent travel advisor. We arrange travel services on your behalf with third‑party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and insurance providers.
We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information in your travel profile
• Review all confirmations, invoices, and itineraries for accuracy
• Notify Robin’s Travel Nest promptly of any needed corrections
• Ensure your passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents meet destination requirements
• Comply with all supplier rules, government regulations, and entry requirements

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, denied boarding, or additional costs.

4. Payments & Fees

All prices are subject to change until paid in full.

By authorizing payment, you permit Robin’s Travel Nest to process charges for travel services you approve.

• Deposits are non‑refundable unless stated otherwise by the supplier
• Final payments must be made by the supplier’s deadline
• Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees
• Agency service fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and change policies are determined by each supplier. You acknowledge that:

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Some bookings are 100% non‑refundable
• Change fees may apply
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment

Robin’s Travel Nest is not responsible for supplier cancellations, schedule changes, or denied refunds.

6. Travel Insurance

Robin’s Travel Nest strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or travel delays.
Declining insurance indicates that you understand the financial risks of traveling without coverage.

7. Travel Risks & Safety

Travel involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that:

• Conditions, safety standards, and medical facilities vary by destination
• Government advisories may affect travel plans
• You assume all risks associated with travel

Robin’s Travel Nest is not liable for injury, illness, property damage, delays, or events beyond our control.

8. Documentation & Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements, including:

• Valid passport
• Visas
• Vaccinations
• Health forms
• Any destination‑specific requirements

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin’s Travel Nest is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third‑party suppliers
• Delays, cancellations, overbookings, or schedule changes
• Lost, stolen, or damaged property
• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the amount of agency fees paid directly to Robin’s Travel Nest.

10. Traveler Profile & Electronic Signature

By submitting your travel profile, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Your electronic signature serves as your acknowledgment and agreement
• You may request updates or corrections prior to your departure date

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Robin’s Travel Nest uses your personal information solely for planning and booking travel services.
We do not sell or share your data except as required to complete your travel arrangements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Robin’s Travel Nest operates.
